SJB Type Acid and Wear Resistant Pump
The flow-passing components of the SJB acid and wear resistant pump — including the pump body, impeller, and pump cover — are made of non-metallic materials with high mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. These parts are formed through one-time high-temperature and high-pressure molding. The outer casing is made of high-quality A3 steel casting with strong pressure and impact resistance. The pump uses an internal mechanical seal, with seal face materials being high-performance pressureless sintered silicon carbide, which offers excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Combined with high-quality “O” rings, the sealing system is uniquely designed and has a long service life. The impeller is single-suction, radial, semi-open type (closed type for DN150 and larger models), and the dynamic balance meets ISO G6.3 standard.

Conveying Media: Strongly corrosive media with solid content below 40% (by volume) and temperature below 150℃ (varies by material).
