JSYA Series Submerged Pump
The JSYA series pump is a vertical, single-stage or multistage, first-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is suitable for transporting various clean or slightly polluted, low-temperature or high-temperature, chemically neutral or corrosive liquids. It is especially suitable for conveying flammable, explosive, easily vaporized, toxic, and low-temperature media. The JSYA series pump complies with the American Petroleum Institute API 610 11th edition design standard.

Structural Features:
The JSYA series vertical submerged pump is a multistage, radially split design. The first-stage impeller is generally a suction-type impeller. Axial force is borne by radial thrust ball bearings; when the pressure difference increases, it is balanced by a balance drum device. Bearing lubrication uses thin oil lubrication with an independent internal circulation automatic lubrication system. The hydrodynamic radial sliding bearing is located at the pump inlet end.
Under a certain installation depth, the pump shaft is equipped with intermediate suction and discharge pipes located above the installation flange, positioned 180 degrees apart. Viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates counterclockwise (can also be manufactured clockwise according to customer requirements).

Main materials include: S-3, S-5, S-6, S-8, S-9, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1, D-2, etc. Other materials can also be used according to requirements.
