J12.5 Series Plunger Metering Pump
This series of plunger metering pumps is capable of transporting high-viscosity media. The shaft seal is a packing seal, which has some leakage and requires periodic adjustment of the packing. The packing and plunger are a pair of wearing parts. Within the flow range of 10% to 100%, the metering accuracy can reach ±1%. The maximum pressure can reach 80 MPa. When the outlet pressure changes, the flow rate remains almost unchanged.

- The plunger diameter can be made very small, but should not be too large, generally D=3-200 mm.
- Plunger pumps have a wide range of discharge pressure and are suitable for manufacturing high-pressure pumps.
- Capable of transporting high-viscosity media. Not recommended for corrosive slurries and hazardous chemicals.
- No built-in safety relief device. It is recommended to install a safety valve on the pump outlet pipeline.
- Simple structure, easy maintenance, and good cost performance.
- All plunger metering pumps can control flow by adjusting the stroke length (automatic adjustment can be achieved with a stroke regulator) and changing the motor frequency, enabling remote control.
