FJX Axial Flow Pump

FJX Type Evaporation Crystallization Circulation Pump is a large flow, low head axial flow pump, suitable for evaporation and concentration processes in industries such as diaphragm caustic soda, phosphate fertilizer, alumina, titanium dioxide, ammonium chloride, calcium chloride, sugar making, salt making, papermaking, and wastewater treatment.

  • Excellent Anti-Cavitation Performance: Suitable for low liquid level evaporators, significantly reducing investment in evaporation plant construction. It is also suitable for new types of evaporators with high fluid resistance on the pump inlet side (such as reverse circulation evaporators and double heating chamber series evaporators).
  • High Pump Efficiency and Wide High-Efficiency Range: By changing the blade installation angle and rotating speed, it can meet users’ requirements for flow and head while keeping the pump operating in the high-efficiency zone, resulting in significant energy savings.
  • Low-Speed Type: The pump runs smoothly, with light wear on flow-passing parts, long service life, and low crystal breakage rate, making it ideal for evaporation crystallization processes.
  • Cantilever Rotor: Compared with double-supported type, the number of shaft seals is halved, the pump is lighter in weight, smaller in size, and easier to maintain.
  • Center Support of Pump Body: Compared with foot-supported pump body, it has better rotor thermal alignment.
  • Rear-Opening Structure: The rotor can be pulled out without disassembling the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump body, making maintenance convenient and fast.
  • Advanced Shaft Seal: Uses cartridge-type mechanical seal with a service life of 6-12 months; or new liquid-blocking packing seal with a packing life of 3-6 months.
  • Evaporator Without Expansion Joint: Elastic pump base or suspended pump can be provided, with reliable thermal compensation, reducing evaporator investment.
  • Reliable Complete Machine: The pump shaft has high strength, large bearing capacity, water-cooled bearing housing, long shaft seal life, and good material performance, ensuring long-term reliable operation of a single pump.
