Desulfurization Submerged Pump
YTL Series Submerged Desulfurization Pump is a vertical submerged pump developed by our company specifically for industrial flue gas desulfurization applications. It incorporates advanced technology from similar domestic and international products. It is mainly used for transporting various slurries with solid content not exceeding 35%.
When the submerged length of the YTL series submerged desulfurization pump is less than 1.5 meters, the pump is a cantilever centrifugal pump. There are no bearings or seals in the submerged part, and no wearing parts, making it maintenance-free. This structure mainly consists of pump body, impeller, pump cover, support pipe, pump frame, shaft, and other components.
When the submerged length of the YTL series submerged desulfurization pump is greater than 1.5 meters, the pump is a vertical long-shaft submerged centrifugal pump. The submerged part is equipped with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant sliding bearings. This structure consists of pump body, impeller, pump cover, lower wear-resistant sliding bearing, intermediate wear-resistant sliding bearing, support pipe, pump frame, shaft, and other components (external flushing device is required).
